CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior, if not you’ll be charged a 20% cancellation fee. *Late Policy* To ensure every client receives the best experience and appts. stay on schedule, I allow a 15 min grace period. You need to be here before then, if you’re 15 mins late your appt. will be cancelled, and you’ll be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Now if you’re a no show meaning you didn’t notify me that you weren’t gonna make it to your appointment then you’ll be charge 50% and banned from booking future appts. *Security & Safety* For the safety and protection of both clients and service provider, security cameras are in use in designated common areas of the studio. Cameras are positioned to protect client privacy and do not record inside treatment rooms or any intimate areas. *Preparing for you Appt* Waxing: Hair must be the length of a grain of rice or longer. Moisturize daily and exfoliate 24-48 hrs before your appt. Drink plenty of water 24 hours before your appt. Do not use retinol, tretinoin, AHAs, or BHAs 7 days prior to prevent lifting. If you got Botox wait 2 weeks before facial waxing. Take pain med 30 mins before your appt. if you have low pain tolerance or are on your period. If you’re getting a Brazilian wear a dress or comfortable loose pants with no panties or loose cotton panties. Lashes: Come with no makeup around the eye (concealer, mascara, lash glue etc.) Skip caffeine to avoid eyes from fluttering. Don’t wear any contacts bring your glasses instead (It’s ok to wear them only if you’re getting clusters). Make sure you don’t have a low bun or ponytail so you can lay comfortably. Brows: Exfoliate 24-48 hrs before appt. Don’t wear any makeup around the area. Stop using retinol, tretinoin, BHAs, or AHAs 7 days prior if you’re getting a wax. If you just got Botox wait 2 weeks before waxing. Nails: Don’t book if you have damaged nails please wait a month or 2 to let them fully heal and grow out. Please don’t forget to book a soak if you want to remove your nails and if you’re way overdue for fill. Put on a show or movie try not to touch anything during the service please you’ll risk ruining your nails and making it take longer. *Extra Guests* Bring your buddies or family members! You may bring up to 2 guests to your appt. Children are also welcome, as long as they are able to remain seated, avoid touching salon equipment, and do not interrupt the service. If you do plan on bringing a guest or child, please let me know beforehand so I can prepare accordingly. *Payments* Remaining balances are due at the end of your appt. I accept cash, Zelle, Cashapp, or ApplePay. If paying with a card transaction fees will be added. Thank you for understanding and respecting my business.
